Alistair is an artificial intelligence tool, not a human financial advisor. The information provided by the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other type of professional advice.
We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, certified financial planner (CFP), certified public accountant (CPA), or attorney. Tax brackets, estate tax exemptions, contribution limits, and other regulatory figures referenced by the Service may become outdated. Always confirm current figures with official sources or a qualified professional.

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to the free tier unless you subscribe to Pro.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal or financial data. We do not use your conversations or uploaded documents to train AI models. Your data is stored securely and is only visible to you.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including but not limited to DeepSeek (AI model), Supabase (database and authentication), and Stripe (payment processing). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alistair and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, investment losses, or tax penalties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Alistair operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
